The delivery system (manual or electric pump) and the associated steel piping between the small tank and the pump must be fixed in accordance with the regulations .

A siphon valve must be installed in the discharge line at the highest possible position to prevent the automatic discharge (siphon effect) of fuel – for example in the event of a hose or nozzle defect.

The refueling nozzle used must via a Shut-off device (valve). This connection piece is also secured with a suitable holding device within the boundaries of the transhipment site.

The secondary containment area(transfer point) must be dimensioned and designed (radius of the hose length plus 1 meter) in such a way that leaking diesel oil or drips cannot enter the sewage system, a body of water or the ground and seep into the ground.
